    陈克敏，山西临猗县人，1944年12月出生，1961年7月从太原机械学院应征入伍，1966年4月入党。历任营政治教导员、师机关副科长、团政治委员、师政治部主任、集团军政治部副主任，国防大学党史党建政工教研室主任、教授、博士生导师，国防大学政治部副主任，空军雷达学院政治委员，国防大学特聘教官等职。空军少将军衔。

    Chen Kemin, born in 1944, Linyi County, Shanxi Province. He was enrolled in the PLA in July 1961 from Taiyuan Machine College and joined the Party in April 1966. He undertook some headships such as Political Instructor, Vice director in division admina-stration, Political Commissar of Regiment Director of the political department of division, Vice-director of the political department in Group-army corps, Director of the teaching and research division of the University of National Defense, Professor, Doctorial tutor, Vice-director, and the Political Department of the University of National Defense, Political Commissar of the Radar College, Specially-appointed drillmaster of the University of National Defense. He has a Major General of Air Force rank.
